Roberto Pla leads a big band devoted to latin jazz, combining brass-driven arrangements with Cuban and pan-Latin rhythms. The ensemble delivers energetic, swinging interpretations of classic and contemporary Latin material, built on tight horn sections and propulsive clave-based grooves that recall the golden age of Havana's jazz scene.
