Alto saxophonist Steve Buckley and trumpeter Chris Batchelor reunite in Zone B, their latest project built on decades of partnership stretching back to Loose Tubes. Their music fuses Latin, soul, and free jazz influences into vibrant, groove-centred originals played with superbly realised inventiveness and good humour across a world-class rhythm section.
